Parts Management

Every vehicle is comprised of thousands of parts and each part plays an essential role in keeping your vehicle on the road: our parts management ensures the best components are readily available to reduce VOR across your fleet and negate supply chain issues.

Key to this is partnering with a wholesale distribution business who offer an unrivalled range of commercial vehicle parts, tools and equipment. They provide a dedicated storesperson on a number of our sites who monitor parts usage to ensure we have stock availability. This is further supported by our VMU team who actively seek alternative parts when there is a known delay.

R&M schedule management

We take ownership of your fleet’s repair and maintenance (R&M) schedule, ensuring seamless planning and execution. Our process includes:

12-month rolling planner with entries adaptable up to 10 years.
Weekly and monthly management of scheduled maintenance in partnership with transport teams.
Zero tolerance slippage approach

When a maintenance event is completed at a Pullman workshop, upon job closure the workshop will always load the required documentation to our portal and update records.
