Dave Jones – Managing Director
Dave leads the business to ensure service excellence, safety, compliance, and strategic growth.
He oversees nationwide maintenance services, drives innovation, and fosters a high-performance culture, maintaining Pullman’s reputation as a trusted partner in commercial vehicle servicing across the UK.
James Hipkiss – Operations Director
James ensures safe, compliant, and efficient HGV repair operations. He leads service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction, high MOT pass rates, and maximising vehicle availability.
His role drives operational excellence through proactive planning, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across all workshop functions.
Zoe Prescott – Finance Director
Zoe ensures the financial health and profitable growth of the business. Her team supports our Operators, ensuring they understand and optimise their financial performance.
They manage relationships and transactions with customers, suppliers, banks, and auditors to control financial risk and cashflow. They also lead budget and financial reporting across the business.
Mark Woodyatt – IT and Digital Director
Mark drives business transformation through technology modernisation, leading the development of smart digital systems that enhance efficiency, safety, and data-led decision-making across our operations.
On the marketing front, he shapes strategy to promote brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and position our services at the forefront of the industry.
